Greek salad

It is the custom of the goats and sheep of Greece to feed on shrubs and herbs, so the cheese made from the milk of these animals has a very particular flavor.

Ingredients:

3 – ripe tomatoes cut into cubes;
2 – Cucumbers cut into cubes;
1 – Purple onions cut into cubes;
1 – Spoon of fresh oregano;
200 g – Feta cheese cut into cubes;
1 – Cup of pitted black olives;
Branches of parsley, black pepper, salt and olive oil to taste.

Method of preparation:

Put the tomato, cucumber and onion in a salad bowl. Season with salt, pepper, parsley and oregano, add the feta cheese and the olives, finally add the olive oil to taste.
