Cream of avocado ice cream

Avocado is a very versatile fruit, to make numerous recipes with it, including this wonderful cold recipe that you will love.


1 – Large and mature avocado;

4 – Tablespoons of sugar mascavou or demerara;

300 ml – of skimmed milk;

Method of preparation:

Break the avocado into two strips, remove the lump and with a spoon scrape the whole pulp of the fruit and add to the blender. Then add the milk and sugar, beat the mixture until it adheres a creamy consistency. After that, pour the mixture into a glass container, cover and freeze for three hours. When it is to serve beat again in the blender and serve with chia.
